This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Whisk and Wander. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used kitchen tools

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products


3. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used for the order

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photo evidence to verify the issue.
If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
