3. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused items in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Yes. Our products are selected to meet quality and safety standards suitable for everyday kitchen use.
